Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.


International Shipping

We do not currently ship to international destinations.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

We will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
